House rules & booking terms

Submitting the booking form places a request for the room and dates shown in the final review. Those nights are held while the Tallah team reviews the request. The stay is confirmed when the team contacts you. Keep the reference displayed on the request screen.

During your stay

House rules

- Check-in is from 2:00 p.m.; check-out is by 11:00 am.
- Valid identification is required for all adult guests.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
- Pets are not permitted. Alcohol is not served or allowed in shared areas.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; music must remain at a considerate volume.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors require prior approval.
- Children must be supervised, especially near fireplaces, rooftops and staircases.
- Please do not move antiques or furniture. Guests are responsible for damage or missing items.

Availability and rates

The booking engine checks the selected room against existing reservations for the requested nights. The final review shows the selected room, stay dates and current booking value.

A new booking request creates a provisional room hold. The exact expiry time is shown after submission. If Tallah has not confirmed the request before that time, the hold expires automatically and the dates return to availability.

Book now and pay later. Payment instructions are shared by the Tallah team.

Changes and cancellation

Booking and Cancellation Policy A reservation is confirmed after written confirmation from Tallah and payment of any required deposit. Cancellation at least 7 days before arrival: full refund, excluding transfer fees. Cancellation 3–6 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation value. Cancellation within 72 hours, no-show or early departure: 100% of the reservation value is not refundable. One date change is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability and any rate difference. Public holidays, group bookings and full-lodge reservations may have separate conditions & rates communicated before confirmation.
